How We Hire

Learn what to expect when you apply for a role at pIQUE mANAGEMENT. There will be a decision point after each step. Our team will keep you informed at each stage.

1 APPLY ONLINE

Go through your college careers website or send through your resume at the beginning of each period.

5 Decision 

Consider what you've learned during the process. If you receive and offer from us, decide if we're a good fit for you.

2 phone screen

Have a phone screen / conversation with a recruiter.

Typical length: 30 minutes.

4 Final interview

Interview with the role's hiring manager. Your conversation may reference the materials you provided earlier or new work-related scenarios.

Typical length: 60 minutes.

3 Skills interview

Have a 1-on-1 interview with someone on our Team.

Note. We may ask you to provide a sample work product for discussion. Additionally, the interview may include case-study questions or work-related scenarios.

Typical length: 60 minutes.

    Mid-August to October

    Applications open at the beginning of the recruitment period. Interviews will begin in July.
